The reservation must be done at least 2 weeks before arrival. After reservation our booking office will send you a voucher and an invoice.
The packages are subject to availability of places.
PACKAGES with YOUTH HOSTEL:
Packages are organised and sold by FUAJ, but bookings are handled by Ze Bus. Bookings must therefore be made directly through Ze Bus, by completing this booking form in and emailing it to resa@zebus.com. Bookings must be made at least two weeks prior to departure. Once the booking has been made, FUAJ will issue a voucher and an invoice. Packages are subject to the availability of places.
From 01/08/09 to 16/08/09, no fixed-date package bookings with overnight accommodation included may be made. For all bookings during this period, bookings must be made no later than 19 July. Otherwise, during this period, the only alternative will be the resale of the Ze Bus “hop on, hop off” pass (bus pass without accommodation, which allows travellers to get on and off the bus as many times as they wish, stopping in a town for a few days and then catching the bus again with the same travel ticket, from 20/06/09 to 15/09/09).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges apply as below:
- Before more than 30 days: -10%
- Between 30 days and 7 days: -50%
- Between 7 days and 48 h: -75%
- Less than 48 h : -100%
* Prices for the packages do not include the price of the youth hostel membership card, which is a requirement for staying in youth hostels and taking part in their activities. Foreign travellers may join their national member organisation of Hostelling International prior to departure (for further information, see www.hihostels.com). If they are not members when they arrive in France, they must purchase either the HI welcome card for a cost of €15 or a HI welcome stamp at €2.90. The HI welcome card gives access to all the hostels in the HI network – 4200 worldwide. Upon returning to their home country, they may request it to be exchanged for the national membership card of their home country. The Welcome stamp is an alternative for an occasional stay. After purchasing six stamps (one stamp per night, €17.40), they will have access to all the youth hostels in the HI network.
PACKAGE WITH HOTEL
ZE BUS adventure packages with Hotel accommodation are presented by ZE BUS and are created, operated and sold by the travel agency Voyages4A, registered in France. The reservation must be done at least 2 weeks before arrival. After reservation our booking office will send you a voucher and an invoice. The packages are subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges apply as below:
Between 30 & 21 days: 20 euros,
Between 20 & 8 days: 30 euros,
From 7 days before departure: 50 euros.
BUS PASS (HOP ON HOP OFF)
The reservation of BUS PASS are organised and sold by ZE BUS. The reservation must be done at least 5 days before arrival. After reservation our booking office will send you a voucher and an invoice.
When you book a BUS PASS, please note there is no accommodation included.

Package delivery: You are required to use our voucher or issue a voucher to your client.
The member should present his/her voucher to ZE BUS driver and at the reception of every Hotel & Youth Hostel.
Payment: Full payment is required from agent when booking is confirmed and minimum before customer’s departure.
