SAN SEBASTIAN

San Sebastian Basque Country, its Tapas, Cider, is considered as the most beautiful town of Spain. The foothills of the Pyrenees meet with the Atlantic ocean at its most western point. It used to be the summer residence of the Spanish Kings and has many historical monuments. However the most interesting thing about San Sebastian is the way of life of its residents. Proud of their town, they fill it with life, examples of which are the old quarter with its many bars serving delicious food, the traditional markets, the fishing harbour, the castle and the picturesque promenades on the seafront.
